I mean ACTUAL dating, not tinder (which is mainly for hooking up). I’m kinda lonely and I’ve been single for a few years. I’ve never actively looked for someone, but my friends suggest I should. The hardest part about dating apps for me is I don’t find that many people... attractive. But I’ve only tried a couple. Tinder was a gold mine of cute guys that were interesting to talk to, but they’re all looking for hook ups.

15 votes, 17 comments. I'm looking for someone to casually hook up with in my area. Anyone know of the best websites or apps that they've had. The websites I’ve tried haven’t really worked out. I tried a couple dating apps but didn’t get any matches which may have knocked my self esteem down slightly lol. But yeah if any of you have suggestions please let me know. I’d rather not pay for anything but if it comes down to it and it’s cheap enough that’s fine I guess. I was never lucky using hookup apps or hookup dating sites. IMO just create a profile on Yamvoo or fill in your profile text that you are just looking for something casual. You'd be surprised how well honesty works. There's a couple of good options out there but generally speaking it'll be tough for most 'average' guys on the mainstream apps which is why I always recommend avoiding those. Take a look at AdultFriendFinder. Honestly, they weren't the hottest girls but getting laid is like pizza. Even when it's bad, it's still pretty good.
